Like Tadej, I am a bit tired right now, but still we must continue with another /WORLD TOUR WINE/ !! The Tour concludes in the high French Alps, and today's bottle is a bottle cobbled together from multiple vineyards in Savoie. The producer is a network of vignerons that buy organic/biodynamic grapes from across France and then vinify in a minimally-interventionist fashion.

Les Équilibristes Borboyon 2022 ($28)

The grape is Jacquere blended with 2% Altesse. Pours a pale straw with light/medium body. The nose is restrained, transparent with green apple, light grassy note, and soft oyster shell minerality. The palate is super clean, with just the lightest apple and minerality, slightly oxidative finish.

This is super refined for a biodynamic wine, just crystal clear Alpine style. Nice. If you like Muscadet, this is sort of in that style.
