Square if I recall just really doesn’t like crossovers like this. When Smash Ultimate was coming out the thing that almost killed the everyone’s here thing was SE demanding Cloud be DLC
Namco and Capcom will show up for anything
Nintendos only rule is they refuse to appear on their rival machines
Sega is actually pretty stingy with their mainstays so maybe go for someone older
