I never liked this argument, as it's typically used against the three eldar factions who actively fought against Slaanesh's birth. It's even flimsier than blaming the Imperium for giving Chaos its armies. Yeah, the Craftworlders are usually lame gits, and the Ynari and Exodites can be as well, but this wasn't on them. For whatever reason, Dark Eldar get a pass in the fandom for Slaanesh, despite being the ones who created her and continue to feed her.
