Comfortable, durable and well tuned. No distortion or resonances. So no piercing treble or other such nonsense. As far as objective measurements go it's a tier above most Sennheiser or chinkfiman models.

It's pretty noticeable. If you prefer less bass get the closed. Open has better treble since it doesn't have the drop in that area Closed has but also has bass that some might find excessive. Of course that doesn't matter much if you want to use EQ.
