Fr what would IW gain from Fists?... The Fists do have nice characters and the IW's trait doesn't need every model to have the trait - a majority is sufficient.
But, if you bring any IF High Command (of which they have 3), then you cannot use the IW's 2 special detachments. You can still use their Warsmith (Prime: Special Assignment) or Iron Circle Retinue (Prime: Logistical Benefit). Seems it's one or the other.
Better make Fists be the allied ones; they don't have any Retinue unit yet
