I've owned a lot of open-backs over the years, but recently got a pair of ATH-A1000Z and really love them. Incredible detail on percussion especially, though not as bright as I'm used to they've got a solid neutral FR. Also look sexy as fuck.
Still keep a pair of mid-tier open-backs around for work calls, because it fucks with me to talk without hearing my own voice. Will replace those with Hifimans eventually.
