Rocks was the king of what is now called Hachinosu. After he killed the admiral at the Levely, the World Government no longer recognized his kingdom. After it fell into anarchy it became known as Hachinosu. When the World Government stole the treasure of Hachinosu, Rocks went as far as dying to retrieve it, so it must have been something central to taking over the world. What is the treasure of Hachinosu? Will it be a parallel to the treasure of Mary Geoise? What happened to it after the God Valley incident?
