I hope they don't and I'm not inclined to think they will either. Spamton Neo's dialogue I believe foreshadows that both Kris and Noelle will have to live with the events of the route, and potentially with the SOUL still around as well. Also if the sword route was trying to hint that they die I think would be a little less ambiguous
