Literally the only "bad" thing he did to them was just make them cops and give them their own sector of the village to live in, and that alone made them asshurt enough to want to burn all of Konoha down.
The whole "muh Uchihas were oppressed" thing was retarded, too, since we've seen how Obito was on good terms with multiple people outside of his clan, and Sasuke was idolized by everyone else in the village. Literally the only Uchiha that was hated was Itachi, and that was because he murdered his entire clan.
