No, she's pretty niche. She is definitely a good unit and you should get her but she's not some sort of must have that you need to jump for or you'll brick. There's definitely alternatives whenever she's used too but she's for sure better than Asuna who is a one raid wonder and only useful in Geburah. Though to be fair, she is REALLY good at Geburah since she was designed for it.
Also, it's worth noting Seia is better in Lunatic than in Torment/Insane. But the anons who are in a position to do Lunatic don't need anyone telling them who's good so yeah.
