She was bugged to hell, I had to do something with the game files to fix a save where she was stuck in the grove in battle mode even though we had killed everyone already. Half her dialogue didn't trigger, her romance bugged out too so by act 3 we were just friends.
My mistake for playing evil in a crpg before waiting for the consensus, I guess.
