She's actually only met for like two minutes which is why you didn't remember her. It's when you meet up with your mother the second time. I had no clue who she was until I remembered that one part during the actual reveal. She pops up for all of a minute to talk to Myrrine and The Eagle Bearer, you ride a boat for a few seconds, and then she leaves and is never seen again.
