Odyssey came with many new vanilla animals, which one is the best pet for you?
I am curious about the scimitar fang, but I'm not sure how good they may be.
I read somewhere that from the previous animals, the artic wolf seems to be the best hauler, but they also seem a bit squishy compared to bears (I'm not sure if I was unlucky, but my first artic wolf lost its tail, one leg and got scarred from just one stab from some lvl 4 melee raider with a poor knife), meanwhile bears seem a bit more tanky, and seem to carry more (but I didn't compare their movement speed, and also eat a bit more than double than wolves, make double dirt, but live twice than them too)
Which animals do you prefer for defense/haul?
