You should be concerned more about how the scope's view is blocked by the iron sights.
Space Marine 2 seems to have tried to correct this by adjusting the iron sights. They look skeletal.
So I'd imagine that the top "line" of the "skeletal iron sight" coincides perfectly with the scope sight crosshair's middle horizontal line.
