Sorry for the super late reply... But it's nothing speacial really, just t2i and sometimes with prompt scheduIing. If it's super fucked I fix it with a quick masked inpaint. Negging the undesired type of piercing and 'piercing' in general can help stabilize the gen too imo. I find the only type of piercing that's very gacha to get decent with just t2i are genital piercings though.
