>Lore, while not exactly deep and sometimes takes too long to really reveal itself, constantly keeps you intrigued and gives you things to think about as you play
>Memorable NPCs whos stories unfold over the games in the background help the world feel lived in but don't force you to pay attention if you don't want to.

There's a lot that I could complain about and they don't always completely stick the landing but it's a series that feels like nothing else despite how many ideas it borrows from other things.
