Considering OG Reed E2 is the only time either of them are drawn that big, I assume it was an error or starshadow decided to change it. Because while posing and layers could hide some heft, it's not to the level of OG Reed's E2 where even under a sweater she looks kind of huge. You don't go from D cups to almost flat by leaning back slightly.
