Noelle never recognizes Queen as being her own OC, or notes her being familiar at all. However she does say that Cyber City reminds her of the stories Dess used to tell her of places she wanted to go together.
It's possible that Dess is the girl that Kris used to play with, when not in a full group with Asriel and Noelle. Combined with Dess as the Knight, it would explain the dark worlds being contiguous in lore and appearance when created by either Kris or The Knight.
