i mean, by just the numbers yeah they're technically right. but one of the things no one mentions russia is running out of is workers. it has a crazy unemployment rate of like 2% because there isn't anyone thats left to work.
you can't keep pulling able bodied men off job sites into the meat grinder and expect your country to keep functioning without significant economic shrinkage.
coupled with their crackdowns on immigration im not sure what monke's plan really is here.
