Leakers say that there'll be Megas for Pokémon post-Gen 6 but, so far, only Gen 6 and prior Pokémon have appeared in the trailers and stuff. I honestly don't believe they're going to bring Pokémon from newer generations into this one. They already picked two Johto starters instead bringing one from Alola or Galar to make the starters, why they're going to bother bring newer stuff then?
