Do you think the Enclave have been too "Disney villained"? Of course there were always levels of parody but it seems to me they would do well with a Legionesque look over. Perhaps I am essentially just trying to pull the Fallout 2 Enclave into New Vegas to explore their version of the NCR/Legion/House/Independent philosophical overviews. Though we did get that to an extent with the Devil's Brigade it would be interesting to see the actual structure and power players analysed like Lucius, Vulpes, Lanius and Tsu, Moore and Hanlon are in New Vegas. (I don't count Amazon shit and barely half of Bethesda theme park slop)
