I think this scene is one of the big reasons why HBO didn't go with a jacked actress for Abby.
Like Druckmann is playing through the game with a bunch of suits at HBO and they're talking about various ideas. They get to this part, and Drucky is very excitedly watching their reaction. It finishes and one of the guys breaks the silence with "Right, so, we have a couple of thoughts...."

I could eat a cat or dog or whatever under the right circumstances. I would have to think I had some sort of tangible chance at surviving afterwards to bother, like if I was trapped at home after a nuclear bomb and there was fallout then I could eat a cat to keep going. If I knew I would starve a few days later anyways then there's no point, I'm not going to go through messily killing and butchering it with zero knowledge for a tiny sliver at making it. I'd hold off longer for my own cat but probably eat it sooner if it was just a stray.

If inclement weather or something closed us off from rescue for an extended period and my family was hungry then yes, the pets fate would be under quiet discussion after a couple of days of the kids starving. I still wouldn't want to eat a pet-like animal (by western standards, IE hamster, dog, cat, horse) if given a choice. Survival circumstances don't care about gay belief systems and projection thoughbeit and I could be completely off base like everyone else

I should really look into whether David Hayter in Super Smash Bros Brawl or Kiefer in GZ+TPP has a higher word count.
I think Hayter would have more if you don't count GZ's Big Boss and TPP's Ishmael.
Either way, it's probably really close.
