and to be fair, PW is kind of a part of MGSV and was originally intended to be MGS5. Nah, the only thing "left" was going after Liquid and Mantis to that island. The reality was not having a FOXHOUND/Dead Cell/Cobra equivalent means you lose alot of the wacky cast and fun boss fights the series was built on. Even MGS4 has the girl squad even if people mostly remember the secret sexy scenes more than the actual fights.

That combined with Kiefer not really talking as much as Hayter, and most of his speech is really in the cassettes, its just not an MGS experience even if he finished.
