You could argue state troops just used shitty munition armor but that still looks better than that.
Really though, who gives a shit about modern art? How does that change anything about your army until they start replacing the models with Bret footknight tier trash? And even then you can just find far better alternatives. Really why give a shit about TOW at all besides kits being available again and not having to deal with the shitty second hand market? Obviously all the new fluff is complete shite.
