Eh... Couple things. Dude in this video is clearly a bit of an idiot. 9 minute long video and no hard objective facts or information pertaining to his setup or what all was done. It is just him yapping about his "lived experience" like a woman. The cherry on top is that it takes half a brain cell to just hold the piece up to ones eye and see that machining marks, which he eventually did, and then commented on saying as much.
While the Atrius Selektor (and evidently the super safety design in general) does appear to have the possibility if not even propensity to snap the lever depending on tolerances and interference, the main assertion of that video, that the Atrius lever is cast, is clearly false.
Now is it perhaps the case that the Atrius design is more likely than legacy super safety levers to snap when there is interference or off tolerances? Perhaps. Is it the case that the 4140 treated steel is perhaps not as strong as it should or could be if the part were made from S7 or something? Yes that very well might be the case.
Anyway, my main point is basically, if Atrius shot the Sheriff, we especially ought not accuse them of shooting the deputy.

What other parts are you using? Does your PSA EPT FCG show S markings, indicating it is a Schmid Tool FCG? I found that my Atrius Selektor, both the original and the replacement that I got when I broke my original, seemed rather finicky with various combinations of uppers, lowers, triggers, BCGs etc, and it appears that the tolerances for function are sorta tight in there.

The lever I have and the levers I have seen on the internet are clearly machined from stock.
