If America was like Europe and specifically Germany, where the left lane is kept for passing only, the entire concept of "swimming" wouldn't exist. I guarantee if the left lane was open for people to do top speed all the time these same niglets would barely be speeding at all, since the "rush" isn't about pure top speed.

No, these dumb fucks literally get off on driving through traffic as if it's Need for Speed or Burnout and every "near miss" is adding to their multiplier and giving them "points". It's not about speed or getting through traffic, these dudes usually can barely hit 100 before having to nearly wreck into half a dozen more cars to get around.
It kind of explains why so much of this behavior can be found near dense urban centers known for heavy traffic such as the highways surrounding Los Angeles and New York, and not really elsewhere except for "that one guy" you always see in traffic at least once.
