I got recs asks for quest mods, are there:

-by that I mean: Exposing/Fucking up Maven iron claw on the city It always pissed me off to no end she get all pissy on me and threathen to call the DB when I'm their fucking listener, I want to see that whore in a jail cell
-Disintegrating the thief guild to oblivion
-Generally make the place a better town

tl;dr : I want to be able to turn Riften and Markath into decent cities instead of the absolute cesspit that they are

I don't care voice AI, in fact I prefer to shoddy wannabes trying to play voice actors, if that matter.
I don't care too much about breaking entire guild questline, the DB and TG of Skyrim do not even deserve one.
All I ask is as bugfree as possible, even though I realize how daunting that is considering how much change is needed to maky any of this happens.
