It's taking every ounce of fiscal responsibility I have not to just buy a dual-5090 or similar uber /lmg/ AI setup, for text, image (LoRA training especially), and video. I keep telling myself that AI is getting so popular that soon we'll get mass produced dual-purpose game/workshop cards that blow the current ones out of the water, and I'll regret having a fat expensive power drain of a rig around at home when that happens. Maybe if I was a hardcore 4k UHD gamer it'd make more sense but I mostly only play older or less graphically demanding games already.
