Adding to this, what I don't like about them is how fucking specific they are. Every single event reads like a midwit's first novella where every trip and step and sound and cloud is described, exacerbated by the 3D animations, which feel so silly and cartoony that I can't possibly take *any* event seriously. CK3's characters aren't meant to be filled in by the player, carried by his fantasy, but are rather playdolls that serve as a conduit for the "content creator's" terrible writing.

For CK3 to be a better game would require to rewrite every single event.
