Yeah.
Not nearly as critical as some anons are about Sky, and from the tidbits I have heard of Daybreak they sound good. I don't get the overt praise the CS dub gets; don't get me wrong, it's good. But not spectacular or anything. I get the reasoning behind Sky getting recast, but I don't think anyone but Agate sounded really bad from the Sky cast in Cold Steel. Tita was grating with the giggles, but that's more the writing/direction than a fault of the actress. But I've never made much fuss over voice acting. Even Rex in Xenoblade 2 wasn't completely irredeemable to me. The guy they got couldn't sell any emotion for shit, but he was actually pretty okay when a scene called for a chilled out or even depressed Rex. To me the gold standard of anime JRPG dubs is still Tales of Vesperia; Baker fucking killed it as Yuri. The guy that voiced Raven sounded great, too. Too bad in the Remaster he sounded like he couldn't give two fucks to emote like he did back in the day, haha...
