People in developed parts of the world just naturally don't have as many kids, irrespective of their ethnicity. It's a reproduction strategy humans have evolved and are carrying out without thinking about it. Under harsh conditions, the best strategy is to have lots of offspring because a lot of them will likely die. But under good conditions, it's better to have one or two and put all your resources into raising them.

But this creates an economic challenge for politicians because without new people (i.e. new workers), the economy will collapse. So what are policy makers meant to do? Force people to fuck at gun point? (Or specifically force white people, in your imagining of the situation.) The only sensible option is to import skilled workers.

Every group of people seems to have its own persecution narrative, whether it's about "da joos", or "muh patriarchy", or "whitey". They feel like they're designed to tug at my heartstrings, which is what makes me so leery of them all
