Eh, I dunno, I think this is weirdness caused by the fact that the dev hell + datamining the game has resulted in the fandom discovering things too early and perhaps the "wrong" way
Chapter 3's mantle game is how you're "intended" to discover Snowgrave, so you backtrack to Chapter 2, hence why Chapter 3 doesn't have one either, as for Chapter 4 though I'm not really sure, but maybe Chapters 5-7 will have a lot more to make up for it
