You are not breaking the Prophecy in Snowgrave, you are upholding it. Kris is supposed to be killed by Girl, he agreed to that plan because he was suicidal anyway. Snowgrave is about desensitizing Noelle to murder to prepare her for the final part.
Meanwhile on Normal route Susie replaces Noelle and becomes more empathetic, that's why Ralsei expected Prophecy to change and that's why he was so afraid of her fighting indiscriminately in chapter 1.

Much like how Genocide makes no sense if you haven't played Undertale normally first, and how Snowgrave Spamton makes no sense if you haven't played chapter 2 normally first, I feel that the rest of Snowgrave won't make sense until we've played the rest of the game normally first. I think the normal route is going to result in an unsatisfying half ending where the prophecy is fulfilled and the world is saved but at a great cost. From there, the player's options are to either do a 100% normal run and break the prophecy in a good way, or do Snowgrave to break the prophecy in a bad way.
