Two patches (3 months) spent farming artifacts for Skirk and some of my 'best' pieces are garbage that look like this
The artifact transmuter's elixirs are too rare and the upcoming dust used to reroll are not only rare but also of no use if you don't have any pieces to reroll in the first place
Artifact farming continues to be one of the worst aspects of the game
