I made an art profile for Twitter 3 months ago and I'm slowly getting some traction even though I rarely post. I only got 4 followers but I'm still happy about it. If you guys want a tip, try making fanarts of characters with a loyal fanbase that actually interacts with content related to it. Asides from that, there doesn't seem to be much you can do. People will randomly show interest in your work from time to time.
