We actually got zerotier to work just now. Older borderlands games don't work all that well with these newer LAN emulators, so you have to set network adapter priority of whatever LAN emulator you're using manually to 1 in your network settings. So far so good, zerotier seems to run pretty smoothly for both of us. Much better than radmin too. Almost no latency on my end now. Also, it's pretty finicky in Windows 11 so we had to troubleshoot it a bit to get it to work on his end. Playing now.
