Why does everyone consider the Philippines as if we are stuck in the 1980s? Wherein we have a large poverty rate and negative growth.

When in fact, ever since the 2010s, the Philippines consistently has the highest or second highest growth rates in the region for almost a decade and a half now.

We have also reduced the poverty rate from 25% to 10% now.
