I've seen that happen before where it ages-down the Elsa. you'd be surprised how one or two words can make the AI "think" that you wanted a little girl. now that you mention it, I might have taken "small" out from the pillow description.

look over your entire prompt and make sure it doesn't say like "cute" or "short" or other trigger words. maybe even "hugging" can make the AI think children.

or add words like "tall" or something...
