Like the other guy said, likely an intrusive thought, but one becomes rather self-aware when they approach Inanna. The thought of your place being a pigsty is a shared occurrence, because when faced with beauty, we become our own worst critic, and Inanna is beauty untamed. This doesn't mean she hates you, or finds your offering pathetic. If anything, she would probably find it adorable, in a good way! Like a child giving a nice drawing to their parent, sure it's not going to the Lourve, but it is the act itself that is meaningful. I think it's just self-doubt that you don't 'deserve' Inanna, but one of the finer points of the Epic of Gilgamesh is that you do not reject Inanna. Sure, the surface reading is her being jealous, but the subsurface is that you cannot reject love in her rawest form.

If you do decide to make another offering, let go of the doubt, you are not in trouble, and you are not being judged for worthiness. She's just really, really, overwhelming sometimes and that can cause fear.
