I shamelessly rip off the only good air dasher, Touhou 7.5 IaMP:
>3 attack buttons and a dash
>A and B are melee when up close and shoot when far, C is a shot at any distance
>dashes go through bullets
>single unified meter for blocking, shooting and specials that recovers like a Dark Souls stamina bar
>unified controls between characters, only QC and DP motion inputs

>very different feeling characters thanks to their limited movesets
Realistically it has to be an air-dasher because SF-like genre is already saturated, but the average "modern audience" fag can't handle anime fighters so we remove all the bloated system mechanics and samey hard to figure out characters.
This game simplifies all air-dasher shit that filters people without feeling like it's a copy of a different game but for babies. It's perfect and none of you retards will know how right I am cause nothing like it will ever be made again.
