Need /o/ advice. Looking for a 3rd row SUV.

My budget is high (no read sticky $3k civic meme), but looking for the value pick. I drive vehicles until they totally fall apart so no lease options, so loooking for quality + features sweet spot.

Family of 5, so the third row is helpful. I like doing my own maintenance, and am pretty handy so German SUV's are no go. Came from a 250k mile CX-9 which was amazing, but heard the new CX90's are trash quality.

Narrowed down to:

23-25 Acura MDX
23-25 Volvo XC90
23-25 Toyota Grand Highlander
23-35 Genesis GV80
