As for a ruck I was thinking a mystery ranch SATL, which is the right size for carrying sustainment gear mor multiple days without being too huge.
As for a very big ruck, that you won't really almost every use, I like the mystery ranch 6500, mountain ruck, or blackhack 80, the first 2 seem too big for any realistic use, while the blackjack 80 is a little smaller and already has all the external pockets you need on the outside for organizing smaller or quick acces items, and if you need more space you can expand it to the same volume as the others with sust pouches on the side molle.
The 6500 is a very good design just too huge in my opinion so if you don't fill it completely it will sag all over the place.
The mountain ruck is also good but less comfortable bc it's not a tubular design and it's got too little org pockets in my opinion.
while the blackjack is a good middle.ground in terms of volume and got enough external pockets
