Technically Asian, and I hate to say anything nice about jeets, but the Indian JVPC is a really neat gun. It’s like an mp7 with a 12” barrel chambered in something almost identical to a 5.56 MARS. The chambering is called 5.56 MINSAS and IIRC it’s a 5.56 with a shorter case and ~1.7” COAL. I’ve heard the reliability of the gun is not so good, but it is damn cool and I wish we had more developement in this field of mag-in-grip guns. It is easily the coolest firearm genus.
