I think even if you wanted to say Momo could generate acid as potent as Mina can, it would be horrifically dangerous for her because her body isn't immune to it like Mina's is. She could horribly maim or burn herself even using acid 1/10th as potent as what Mina can spurt out in massive volumes. Mina has also shown some degree of "acid control" in being able to condense it around herself and form shapes with it, which Momo wouldn't be able to do.

Her being able to literally burn Gigantomachia's arm to a skeletal ruin when he was shrugging off Dabi's flames is insane.
