Yeah but it was still pretty bad. the 5GB and 150 mod limits were miserable, dealing with retards who got high off ther own farts just because they knew how to port mods to xbox was also bad.
the only things i miss about console modding was people packing stuff like jk interiors into AIOs, and landscape/grass/tree mods coming included with pre-generated LODs.
