what is the BEST way to visualize time? and how do you slow down your perception of it? i know attempting to break routine and doing difficult things works, but other than those, how can i best visualize/think of time? any books/words of wisdom/advice? because, it just keeps moving, and i cant seem to fully cope with that. i dont think im anxious but i want to work with it, and not have the fact that time passes and that i will soon die swallow me whole and strike me with anxiety
