Pretty good. Family members view me as a metrosexual prettyboy, strangers often mistake me for a woman. No one was ever rude to me because of gender issues. I believe the general rule is that as long as you're reasonably attractive and not a slob or a weirdo, people will treat you nicely no matter how you present.
