NewNibba starting a fresh account during the 100 freeroll Seia banner

Should I reroll until Shun &or Aru -> 100 Freebies for Seia? If my 40 new account rolls are trash for Bluefest week after, should I just abandon the Seia account and reroll til I get few Fest students?

I like the rerolling part of starting a game, oddly enough, so I'm not averse to being very picky or specific to get a good start.
