after 3 college years of nuking my circadian rhythm with late nights and multiple shrill morning alarms
i've hit my ideal rhythm ever since i began interning
having a place to be at, a strict timetable, and designated work to do just straigtened me out
i no longer need an alarm to wake in the morning on time
i think physically im at my peak productivity and it only going up
