She wants to be an actress or a respected actress, in hindsight we discover there never was such a thing, like a successful homosexual rap musician. Even without her weird Dick Tracy villain disease she either would have had to become a plastic bimbo to get roles in B grade movies or struggle to be an A lister and quickly be tossed away the second she turned 25.

Perhaps the greatest irony here is that she is a child looking actress who obsessed over that as an obstacle to her becoming a big actress not realizing that Hollywood is a hyper competitive industry and it wasn't her disability keeping her back but the hundred or so other women who applied for the roles she did. More ironic still, she wanted to like a real adult not realizing that the industry had a hard line past women at the age of showing even the beginning signs of aging.

Essentially she wants to look exactly 8 years than she does now but absolutely not any other than that and to stay exactly at that age forever.
